Now, you know he was not hog-tied. Do you know the difference?

Most of the time the "famous But Incompetent" doesn't make good decision's, but on this they were right on the money. I know the FBI have the authority to investigate on reservations, but they shouldn't. It should be investigated by the native police, as it is their land (what little they have left) and they should take care of their own matters.
This young man should have taken care of these two bullies long before now. You're not to smart to show up at a gun fight with a ball bat, but that's called the Darwin factor.

There are two morals to this story.

This is so wrong, the situationd did not take place in a residence area it was in a public area. It was self defence if you only knew the two causing trouble were not indians they were black and they were drunk. The shooter is a good peron and does not drink or cause problems. It is I, Wacey, after fifty days of incarceration, I am a free man. It is good to know there are people who defend me. It also, makes me sad to know there are people who are willing to write ill of me and they do not know me, or understand the circumstances of the situation.
