WHY IS THIS SICKO OUT ON BAIL. HE SHOULD NEVER BEEN LET OUT ON BAIL. I THINK WE SHOULD HAVE A ONE STRICK YOU'RE OUT LAW FOR SICK PEOPLE LIKE THIS. THEY CAN'T BE REHABILATATED!!!!! THEY SHOULD BE BEHIND BARS FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES.

A 53-year-old Menifee man suspected of distributing a compact disc with pictures of children posed in a sexually explicit manner was out on $25,000 bail today, pending arraignment later this month.
