FORREST CITY, AR A Forrest City woman is scheduled to be in court Thursday after being accused of throwing acid in her former boyfriend's face.

Among the Arkansans who died during the year were Epluribus Speaks of Marvell, Romeo Champagne of Pine Bluff, Mary Stacks Wood of Sheridan, Faye Muskrat Riffey of Brinkley, Other Rhodes of Nashville and Bernie Screws of Melbourne.

According to the Cross County Sheriff Department, the body of Howard Dickey, 25, of Melbourne was recovered Monday morning at 7:45. Izard County Sheriff Tate Lawrence said at 1 p.m. Sunday, his office was told that a kayak had capsized with two men aboard.

Authorities are investigating the death of Izard County Assessor candidate Charles Green Jr., whose body was found in his Violet Hill home after a Friday night house fire.
