The Army Corps of Engineers has awarded a contract for maintenance and repairs of dikes in Jamestown to Guthmiller Earth Moving of Medina, N.D. The company would be called for non-emergency repairs to dikes and would have eight hours to respond to any call, said Todd Lindquist, flood manager for the corps.
