Bethlehem police said a purse was stolen from a parked car, someone forged three checks from a 93-year-old man's bank account and a 31-year-old man urinated in the street.

Q: Why does Whitehall Township or PennDOT continue to allow left turns onto Eberhart Road from southbound MacArthur Road? There is no turning lane on this section of two-lane road, nor does the traffic light have a left-turn arrow to alleviate congestion and safety problems.
