Police identify I-95 victim as Lewiston woman
PORTLAND a ' Police have identified a Lewiston woman as the victim of Monday's fatal traffic accident on I-95. Safia Ahmed, 23, was driving on a learner's permit when her vehicle swerved into the northbound lane, crossed the median and flipped, according to a release issued Tuesday morning by Public Safety spokesman Steve McCausland.
