Whitney Marie Browne, 20, of 714 Courtland St., Hart, was convicted of allowing a person to drive in violation of the motor vehicle code.

Amanda Raye Tovar, 31, of 511 S. Mears St., Whitehall, was convicted of impaired driving and was sentenced to 93 days in jail to be served at the court's discretion with credit given for time served.
