Plane crashes in Meadville area

On Tuesday Oct. 13, rescue workers were dispatched to a rare incident in Vernon Township, just outside of Meadville, when a Piper Cherokee single-engine plane piloted by Connecticut resident John T. Bouley made an emergency crash landing at 9:52 a.m. near the Lincoln Avenue recreation complex.
