The Texas Commission On Environmental Quality, or TCEQ, has fined Petersburg, Texas and Meadow, Texas because of their wastewater systems.

Autumn Anna-Jean Day, daughter of Ricky and Cindy Day, of Meadow, Texas, and Cary McClain Harris, son of Coy and Dianne Harris, of Lubbock, Texas, were married at 6 p.m. October 24, 2009, at Meadow United Methodist Church.
