Ugh. I really can't take this anymore, I am seriously thinking about moving. But, who would buy my house? My house is in decent shape in a decent neighborhood in McKeesport.

Exactly. I talked to a pair of brothers that were slumlords & they said they buy houses here in McKeesport because they can get more money in rent from them, as compared to Pitcairn & some other towns. So can someone tell me why Section 8 & others would pay higher amounts here than in other areas ? Could it be they make the rent lower to
more easily 'saturate' those other towns with the
'human leeches'? Then later on, raise the rents.

Hah Hah, f#ck*ng, HA Ha. It seems like the new liberal-socialist Democrat style of gov't. is amusing. I remember when someone asked me 'where do you live'?, & I said Duquesne Ave. & they said,
'you must be rich if you live up there.' Not so, my Dad was a diesel mechanic, but made a good living. See where the Democrats & their 40 years of liberal-socialist welfare have brought us. And now we have an America hating mooslem socialist in the White House. Wait till he gets done with his socialist take-over plans, nobody will be smiling.
Except the lowlife, welfare vermin.

There is a house by A city councilor for sale on Versailles Ave., available. It is a brick house located by the UNI-MART at the end of Patterson. There was sign mess all over the yard, but it is all cleaned up now by the bank.

There are a lot of mechanics that earned a decent way of living.

I think a the councilor that was accused of harrassment is a liberal Democrat. The house had some signs on the front door you could see from the road passing by and the door was padlocked shut.

Has anyone personally met members of his team or him?

That ain't so bad, find out how many times the ambulance is called to take the welfare rejects from that apartment building on Evans to drive them 30 feet across the street to the emergency room. At about $800 dollars a pop to go 30 feet.
One person made 3 trips in one day & we pay for it, over $2400 bucks to cross the street 3 times.
Or the others that call an ambulance from Duquesne because they need a ride to McKeesport, they get to the hospital, say they feel better & head down the street to get their booze & dope. These are the lowlifes our politicians love, they keep them in office & the Gov't. funds coming in.

Wecome to McKeesport Village! Home of free housing, drugs, and free run of city. You don't have to work! You like what your neighbor has, then just take it! Someone pisses you off, then shoot them! Hey, McKeesport just got more government money to pay more or their bills: "A half-million-dollar grant, targeted at preventing homelessness, will help McKeesport residents pay their bills, lightening the load on some local support agencies." (How much of this money is going to the City employees for administering the grant and these so called local agencies?) We live in one huge project with a few "tax payers" left to pay the water and sewage bills! Let the Mayor live on Sumac, Versailles Avenue, Evans Avenue, and maybe he would do something about the crime. McKeesport has been in the paper and on the news almost every day this week for some kind of crime. What are our politicians doing to protect us? Nothing! The unfortunate reality is that poverty brings government money to the city and instead of finding ways to bring the city back to the tax payers they would rather seek out more government grants targeted for the poor. I am waiting for my brand new government house(like the ones on JennyLind)...whoops sorry I forgot that I work for a living and I'm not eligible.

2. Police Arrest Mom After Violent Dispute With Daughter

Posted: 6:03 pm EST November 10, 2009Updated: 8:05 am EST November 11, 2009
McKEESPORT, Pa.-- McKeesport police found a 17-year-old girl lying on the sidewalk unresponsive Tuesday morning in McKeesport's Crawford Village apartment complex.

According to the criminal complaint, the girl was "breathing but not responding."

Investigators said she was fighting with her mother and the mother has been charged.

According to the criminal complaint, the mother told investigators she and her daughter got into a verbal argument, then started fighting.

They separated then fought again, each fight lasting 10 minutes, said police.

The mother also told police she did not hit her daughter with anything other than her fist.

The girl was taken to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Her mother faces charges of aggravated assault and endangering the welfare of a child.
