For once the public spoke and they actually listened. It's a shame it took such heat from the public to get the courts attention and do right by this little girl, plus keep him from attacking another child. I still hope they get rid of the judge and others who let him walk the first time. They should be in jail right along with this sicko.

19 years suspended on a charge of raping a four year old girl? are you kidding me? wtf were they thinking? not only is this guy guilty as hell but the judge, jury, da, and lawyers involved in this case that got a CHILD RAPEST in jail for a year?? for cryin out loud this is ridiculous

What ticks me off is that this guy would get off with a year and if I caught him raping one of my children I would kill him in the most torturous way I could think of and I would probably recieve life or the death penalty! What the hell is wrong with our justice system?

This is an every day event in Oklahoma, where parole has taken place of execution and our court system has failed us miserably. Killers walk the streets and this will continue as life is very cheap. Most killers wait until trial date and accept 2nd degree murder and then they take parole. One family was amaized that the jury recomended 15 years and the defendant was given 10 years.

How could our Justice System had only given him 1 yr to serve. He should get the sentence that poor child will serve...which is LIFE!!!!!
