Mayville approves contracts, purchase of used engine

Mayville's Fire and Rescue has a "new" pre-owned four-door enclosed pumper engine at a cost of $85,000. Purchase of the 1996 HME unit was finalized when the village board okayed the increase of the village's General Fund Revenue account by the $85,000 which was taken from the Fire and Rescue Capital Account at its Tuesday, May 8 session .
