It was reported the people fled the area when spotted by security officers. "

Am I confused or is this written a tad strangely..

Why do you say that?

Just seemed odd that they mention an employee of the Space Hall of Fame reporting blah blah at the old sawmill. Usually just say someone reported.....etc etc......
Maybe its just me....wouldn't be the first time.LOL

If i remember correctly i thought they had a facility down in that area that they store items in old rocket engines and other museum property. I could be wrong but i thought it was in that area.

Yes, the museum owns that building now by the old sawmill. They even held some shuttle camp classes there.

Ah ha!!! That makes sense.........Must have had a senior moment..:-(

Yes, but why was there a museum employee there at 2:30? Or maybe I am reading it wrong too?

His job title is "Security Guard". That's why he was there, and that's why he called the police.

He "lives" there (in a RV) on the taxpayer's dollar.

Except the museum does not employ any "security guards." Wow! The security guard was next door at the mill.

They have a person that lives down by the old saw mill that lives in an RV (free) in exchange for the job of "security"

Is that guy still there? I thought that was the guy who is now in charge of the education department. I haven't seen the RV there since last summer but maybe it is just moved. I know the education guy was living there last spring. The guy must be a winner....living in an RV with his mother behind the MSC, all plugged into the state's electricity! Randall can really pick em.
