Wildlife agency to feed elk in snowy NW Colo.
State wildlife officials plan to put out hay for elk in northwestern Colorado where heavy snows are creating competition between elk and livestock for food.

It's no good arguing with a certain person today because they'll always have a smart answer ready for you and you'll simply end up going round in circles.
