Kenneth Biros execution delayed by federal judge

A federal judge on Monday indefinitely delayed the scheduled Dec. 8 execution of 51-year-old Kenneth Biros, formerly of Brookfield , who was convicted of the 1991 murder and attempted rape of Tami Engstrom of Masury.
