i bet he wished he wouldnt of stolen the electric. with all the $$$$$$ he was making he should of just payed for it. DUMMIES!

Any jump in any electric bill would make it look like something was going on, stealing was a really bad idea lmao....I imagine the smell was something else too. I still believe they should make it legal, maybe we wouldn't have so many people filling our judical systems.
At one time it was legal many many years ago
