Murder charge filed in slaying of Seattle police officer

Christopher Monfort waged a "one-man war" against law enforcement starting with the firebombing of four police vehicles and continuing even after the fatal shooting of a Marysville man who was a Seattle police officer, King County prosecutors said Thursday.
