Members of the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission will analyze their expenditures to come up with a number that is necessary for the Buy Local campaign to survive, per the request of Clinton County commissioners.

A Wilmington City Schools cafeteria employee who allegedly struck a high school student on Tuesday, is no longer employed with the school district, Superintendent Ron Sexton said Friday afternoon.

Clinton County commissioners voted to cut the Clinton County Regional Planning Commission's funding by 40 percent upon certification of the 2012 county budget in December, a cut which just could be enough to put the Buy Local campaign in jeopardy, said Director Chris Schock.

Catherine A. Wilson, 92, of Clarksville, passed away Friday evening, Jan. 13, 2012, at Continental Manor in Blanchester.

Fifteen persons were indicted on 44 drug-related charges during a recent term of a Clinton County grand jury in Clinton County Common Pleas Court, according to a report from the office of Clinton County Prosecuting Attorney Rick Moyer.
