State Delegate Challenges Non-U.S. Citizen Voting Rights in Municipal Elections
Just in time for the Chevy Chase municipalities' annual elections, a Maryland state delegate has proposed legislation that would prohibit non-U.S. citizens from voting in municipal elections anywhere in Maryland, The Washington Post reported earlier this month.
