BLT closing in on 1,000-acre mark

The town council accepted a conservation restriction and access easement May 3 for a Centerville property that the Barnstable Land Trust's Jaci Barton called "six of the most enchanting acres in the Town of Barnstable." The Trust bought the 6.55 acres known as the Coombs Bogs off Fox Hill Road in January.
