I have had the opportunity to deal with both of the Judges in the past when I took in two young girls from a troubled home. After sitting in front of them both on seperate occassions. I would beg the people of Windham county to please make sure that we keep the honorable Mr. Goutas. He is the most dedicated and fairest judge I have ever come across. He keeps an open mind and does not go with the what the people may have seen as the norm and always going in favor of a mother. He is passionate about what he does and always keeps the childs best interest in mind. I can not say the same for Mr. Pu.
