innocent until proven guilty

I just want to say that I know Tim Slagle and have for many years. Tim likes to have a good time just like everyone else but he has one of the kindest hearts I have ever known. He is a good person and a wonderful friend. It bothers me that he could be charged with such a heinous crime. I will never believe that the Tim I know is capable of anything like this.

I know Tim too and it is nice to see the posts on here not bashing him. I do not believe he has done this. It pisses me off to read the newspaper and see this on the news. If he is proven innocent like I believe he will be, his name is already tarnished by accusing him of this. It will not tarnish his name with me though.

i am glad to hear he is out on bond.

funny how they do this to this man something happened at chs gym to a young lady a few days ago but the person that did it is someone kin to some officers on smyth county dept so nothing will be done

Hey, Just heard a rumor. I herd the two girls that accused Slagle of these crimes admitted that they made it up because he fussed at them or something? Can anyone confirm this is true or not?

what is wonderin man talking about? are the charges dropped? Or does anyone know a court date?

I know Tim and never witnessed him doing anything unethical like that. He was a police officer I think and would definetly know better. I am shocked at all this. I hope and pray it is not true.

It seems that a lot of police officers SHOULD not better, but it doesn't mean the do. If he is inocent then maybe he should take a lie detector test. I here he refused
