Teen arrested for animal cruelty, growing marijuana
The Wayne County Sheriff's Department has arrested a 17-year-old man for animal cruelty and growing marijuana.
Robert D. Hoyt Sr., age 80, of Johnstown, passed away on Thursday, November 5, 2009, at the Mountain Valley Hospice House following a long illness.
