Services for Malcolm E. Hunt, 76, of Marion will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Gilbert Funeral Home in Marion.

The Kentucky State Police investigated a single-vehicle injury collision that occurred on KY 1668, approximately two miles west of Marion, on Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at approximately 10:25 a.m. Preliminary investigation revealed that Charles Duncan, age 55 of Murray, KY, was operating a 2013 International dump truck southbound on KY 1668.

Surviving are her husband, Robert Bates; two daughters, Channa Woodall of Murray and Rochelle Walton of Marion; a son, Bobby Bates of Marion; her mother, Linda Schochler of Marion; two stepdaughters, Toni Yarbrough and April Timms, both of Arkansas; her sister, Lowrie Yarbrough of Texas; two brothers, Bobby Patton Jr.

Surviving are his mother, Dianne Adams of Marion; his father, David Adams of Providence; one brother, Timothy Adams of Marion; two half brothers, Reese Adams and David Wayne Adams, both of Providence; a stepbrother, Timothy David of Dixon; and his grandmother, Mary Jo Adams of Marion.

Irvin Davis, age 25 from Marion, Kentucky recently joined the Livingston County Sheriff's office.
