Binghamton, NY , October 23, 2009 a ' NYSEG will be interrupting power to approximately 3712 customers in Willet , Lisle , Cincinnatus , and the Marathon area for five minutes or less on October 28, 2009 at approximately 10 a.m. The power interruption is necessary for the company to begin necessary maintenance work.
