State bill proposes right to carry concealed weapons on campus
A bill in the Kansas House of Federal and State Affairs Committee would allow concealed carry permit holders to bring firearms onto college and university campuses.

Truck stop thefts land 3 Topekans in jail
Four Topekans were arrested Tuesday for their involvement in a slew of thefts at two Interstate 70 rest stops in Wabunsee County, according to a release from the sheriff's office.
