I must say I was a little perturbed when I saw a local commercial advertising Downtown Monroe's "Cochon de Lait." I had to pause the commercial to make sure I was reading it correctly.
Mansura woman charged with theft
Kathy Gaspard, 37, of 555 La. Highway 114, Mansura, was charged with three counts of simple burglary, 12 counts of theft and six counts of possession of stolen things after detectives found stolen items at her residence, Avoyelles Parish sheriff's officials said.
