State to rule on official's dual roles

Let the truth be known here is another double standard by our dear DA Cooley. Cooley has recently applied to the State Attorney General to be allowed to remove another WRD Board member because he also is on a city council by using a process known as a Quo Warranto. Quo Warrantos until now have mostly been brought against elected officials by public citizens. But the real question here now is why has the DA not moved against Willard Murray? The answer is easy Willard Murrays family members are contributors of DA Cooley and moreover Willard's daughter works at the DA office as a DDA!!!! People of LA County wake up! Examples like this is only one of many known by DDAs and we need the voters help to rid the corruption from within the DAs office.. This one of many reasons the DDA ASSOCIATION VOTED NO CONFIDENCE IN DA COOLEY IN FEBRUARY. DUMP COOLEY June 3, 2008 elect Steve Ipsen President of the DDA Association for 5 consecutive terms or as an alternative vote for Attorney Albert Robles.

Good thing they are taxing the freeways now. God forbid this guy and his pals didn't get their 20% yearly pay raises. Thrown them out next election.
