Residents of the South Kitsap community of Manchester are invited out for a free fiesta of fiddling and fun for the whole family this Saturday at Pomeroy Park.

The Port of Manchester will hold a public hearing Monday on a proposal to create a taxing district, called an industrial development district, that would apply to all residents within port boundaries.
