If its the same Randy Yates Iam thinking of. He is also a dope head. And a drunk. It just so happens that this time he was the trigger man.Give him time Iam sure he will be on the recieving end at some point.I hope not I have never had a problem with the guy.But its not like Manchester needs anymore trouble. The whole town could be used as a Nuclear test site and Iam not sure many people would care. Well, Except for the counties loss of Alcohol.That alone could be catastrophic.

i wana say i do agree,he does the crime he should definatley do his time,,the man has a long list of crimes,an hes walking the street,thats not fair,,an just because randy ran for mayor dont give him any powers in manchester,,he thinks its ok to do whatever he pleases,,an the law in manchester is a big joke,,randy walters ( chief of police ) in manchester is randy yates friend an the community thinks thats why hes getting off of alot of things,,,i live right across from the house ,theres traffic in an out ,yellng,i know the sell drugs there ,him an his girlfriend deanna manning are both known for drugs an trouble..i was shocked to here what had happen an my children was out at the time..wonder if he would had shoot them on accident ,then what,,we would have a free man an a dead child...i think that because he has got off alot crimes. i wana know why this man is still walking manchester streets,he needs to be behind bars ,an the key thrown away..the man is liked by few..an the few is probably scared of him,or they get there meth from him,its one of the two..the drugs & the trouble this man is bringing to the community ,what kinda romodel is he ,,an i guess someone has to dye for someone to really realize this man needs to be put behind bars...

i cant believe what i saw,when randy shoot kelly,an the man still got in his car an drove off,,right before my eyes,,i couldnt believe this was going on an on my street, everyone had saw this man with the gun,,,i was thiking this man is not in his right mind..the next door people had there children out ,,i was scared,,,,an went into my house an watched the police wipe some blood up from the steps an the blocked the streets in caution tape...this is serious,,an why wasnt the news called in,,,this was a crime,,an the news should hd been called,,,but manchester dont seem to really care,,,i wonder is yates gona do time ? eveyone knows he has done numorious of crimes an got off scott free....why? i wana know that,i guess yaes has a bad reputation an people are scared of him an they let it go,,,,what happen to people standing together an get this yates guy off the street an behind bars,,that would bring a smile to everyone...i will definatly keep my ears an eyes open on this case,,,i hope justice is served..........

I was shocked to find this on the news. It is a shame that Randy shot Kelly. My heart goes out to both of the families. They are victims as well. If it is true about the drugs and the alcohol then it makes a bad situation even worse. Manchester was always a small community where neighbors looked out for each other when I lived there. My prayers are with the families and it is for the courts to decide what will happen. Just remember they both have decent families that I am sure are upset and hurt over the events that happened. I am thankful no one died.

After reading these comments, why don't the town get together and run the whole dam Manning family out. Start with the mother, and work your way down to the last one.

randy's son, michael was doing very well in his drug rehabilitation. that is until he came home after thousands of dollars were spent on his treatment and deanna got him back on the stuff. she is worthless and needs to get the heck out of randy and cindys house! the good news is that michael is now doing better than ever! he is drug free and has found the Lord. Im so proud of you michael!
