73-year-old woman accused of shoplifting groceries
A 73-year-old woman was arrested Saturday on charges of stealing groceries. The Ontario County Sheriff's Office said Dorothy F. Bond, of 2308 County Road 13 East in Clifton Springs, is charged with petit larceny for allegedly taking $51.09 worth of groceries from the Bliss Shurfine store on South Main Street in Manchester without paying for them.
