Authorities say a man lying on railroad tracks was run over and killed by a freight train in southwest Iowa.
Fifty-six-year-old Jackie Cser was driving to her home in Malvern, Iowa, from work on June 17th, when she collided with another car in a construction zone on I-29. She suffered a broken leg, several broken ribs and a laceration on her head.
