Police charge several people in NNY with drunken driving

The following were charged with driving while intoxicated and related offenses: Joseph P. Egan, 20, Malone, was charged Friday with aggravated DWI, passing a red light, driving while using a cell phone, using another person's license and making an improper right turn when stopped on Pierrepont Avenue in Potsdam, village police said.
