At about 11 a.m., the Revere, Chelsea and Malden fire departments were called in to a second-floor apartment above the Shipwreck Lounge at 55 Revere Beach Blvd. The fire was started by an electrical accident inside the apartment, according to Revere Deputy Fire Chief Michael Viviano.
