Mahaffey authority takes measures to ensure money owed is paid Tuesday, March 27, 2012 By Dianne Byers Staff Writer MAHAFFEY - Mahaffey Municipal Authority discussed several scenarios to have money it is owed for service paid to it when property is sold.
