Mahaffey authority takes measures to ensure money owed is paid Tuesday, March 27, 2012 By Dianne Byers Staff Writer MAHAFFEY - Mahaffey Municipal Authority discussed several scenarios to have money it is owed for service paid to it when property is sold.

Minor injuries were reported following a two-vehicle accident at 3 p.m. Thursday along state Route 879 in Pike Township, Clearfield County.
