March 22
* An officer took a report at 7:30 a.m. of vandalism in the 400 block of Oak Street. Subjects threw eggs and chocolate syrup which damaged the front gate and residence.
* Two reports came in about vehicles being egged at the Magdalena High School parking lot. Investigation suggested this case is related to the above case.
March 26
An officer took a report at 11 a.m. of intimidation of a witness which occurred on Forest Road 101 in Magdalena. The case was sent to the Socorro County Magistrate Court, where the defendant was remanded to custody. Read more
