On Tuesday, June 30, 2009 at approximately 10:10 a.m., the Kentucky State Police Post 2 Madisonville received a tip that Charles Fugate & Nathaniel P. Teague were in the woods off of Leon Smith Road with anhydrous ammonia cooking methamphetamine .

As for everyone saying that it is no one else's business. Why do you think they call them public restrooms? They are open to the general public usually limited to customers. Public.

How about if you don't want your business out there don't do it in PUBLIC.
