ON 08/23/2009 AT APPROXIMATELY 12:52 AM, A MADISON POLICE OFFICER WAS ON ROUTINE PATROL IN THE ALLIED DRIVE NEIGHBORHOOD WHEN HE NOTICED A FORD TAURUS STATION WAGON WITH NO LICENSE PLATE.
