Couple found dead

Full story: Madera Tribune

A local man and his wife were found dead at their home Sunday afternoon in what sheriff's deputies suspect was a murder/suicide. The bodies of Leslie Gillis, 51, and Gerald Gillis, 61, were discovered by their daughter about 4:30 p.m. on San Bruno Avenue in the Parkwood area, which is just outside Madera City limits.
