A Utica teen has been jailed on charges that he helped damage control panels at North Country Car Wash in July 2012.

A Boonville teen was sentenced to jail time Friday in Lewis County Court for damaging a Lyons Falls car wash.

David A. Baxter, 44, of 5076 Crofoot Hill Road, Constableville, was sentenced to one year in county jail, five years' probation, a one-year conditional discharge, $1,550 in fines, $520 in court fees, driver's license revocation for at least one year and mandatory participation in ignition interlock and victim impact panel programs on a charges of ...
