A suburban mechanic was killed when a tour bus fell onto him as he was working today near Lynwood, authorities said.

SATURDAY, JAN. 28 Suspended with a Warrant Heidy Van Norman, 24, was arrested in the 2900 block of Ashland Avenue and charged with driving while license suspended and a retail theft warrant out of the Cook County Sheriff's Office.

Charges were filed against a Gary man in a deadly suburban home invasion and kidnapping in which a Lynwood man was killed and his wife was kidnapped.

The victim was found dead inside his home in Lynwood. The suspect was arrested in Gary, Ind., and is due in court Friday.
