Get your facts straight.. Brandon Norton was the designated driver, and was taking groups of people home that night. on his last trip there was an accident and they hit the tree. he had NOT been drinking. ehlo was right behind brandon... tyler is home already, and trevor is in the hospital still. THEY ARE ALL IN MY PRAYERS, DREAMS, and HOPES... R.I.P, and good luck.

I went to the site tonight.. my first time being there in a couple years, and they have widened the corner, but still, brandon was one helluva good driver, and taking that corner wouldnt have been hard for him. I blame mechanical error. or Road conditions.

I believe he was trying to get everybody home quickly because he had to get home himself and rest for his soccer game the next morning. He might not have really realize he was speeding.
I also believe black ice was a factor too. My prayers go out to the families.

I feel very sad for the friends and families for these ever so young men. I truly truly do, it is horrible to lose those you love best. I also don't personally believe you are doing them justice by blaming a car or road for what is obviously human error. This only makes the situation more tragic. I don't think the boys car was going 80 mph on its own. When we are young we think we are invincible. We think death and old age is something that happens to other people. We also have a tendency when someone dies to elevate them to perfect proportions. Kids die like this all the time. The greatest thing you could do to honor these boys is to be honest so that other kids won't follow in their tragic footsteps. Speed kills. Honor their memory by doing something to make sure other people don't have go through the devastating loss you are all experiencing. God bless.
