Man Who Walked Away From Work Detail Back Behind Bars
A man who walked away from work detail in Harlan County is back behind bars. The Harlan Daily Enterprise reports officers were able to re-arrest 35 year old Hershel Dewayne Holland of Coldiron Friday night. via WKYT-TV Lexington
