Two Lydia men arrested for conspiring to rob, kidnap person
Julius Elliott and Carlton McCullough were arrested by investigators with the Florence County Sheriff's Office on Sunday and charged with kidnapping, armed robbery while armed with a deadly weapon, criminal conspiracy, unlawful carrying of a pistol and unlawful sale or delivery of a pistol.
