Emily Fisher-Lamontagne, an activist in her longtime Erie Township hometown and a retired school bus driver who went on to college and a 20-year career as an accountant, died Tuesday in Fountain View of Monroe nursing home.

Erie librarian led story time for generations of patrons

Charlotte Wright, who as town librarian read stories to preschoolers, guided students, and recommended books for every taste over a career that stretched from card catalogs to digital databases, died Saturday at Hospice of Northwest Ohio in Toledo.
