PHILADELPHIA, Miss. -- The Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians has hired Connie R. Deon as the Pearl River Resort's executive direct of finance.

Award winning country music recording artist, Jo Dee Messina will be passing through Lula, Mississippi for an evening concert.
