Juan Garcia -- who's accused of killing his girlfriend's 2-year-old son in February -- is back in Maricopa County, winning a trip to the 4th Avenue Jail for a fresh mugshot.

Customs and Border Protection officers say both arrests were made Tuesday. The names of the 50-year-old man and 39-year-old woman haven't been released.
