Make 'em walk.
When I was your age, I walked 8 miles to school, uphill, in the snow.

Students do not want to or can't afford to pay for parking - for those who "can't afford" to pay - I say take the bus it's really cheap.

Students will now have to walk even farther in the darkness to their cars when classes get out late at night and hope not to become a victim of crime. Residents adjacent to the new restricted zones will now be the ones to deal with the same parking issues.

Actually there is. I've seen proof. Only they don't put it out there.

"No" crime or just not a lot of crime? Where do you suppose Mt. SAC get the money to pay for a parking structure? The don't even have enough money to keep many of thier employees.

Maybe Walnut should just ban people who don't own homes within the city limits from shopping there or even driving through.

Maybe Walnut should just form its own Gawd Damned Army and invade La Puente and kill everyone its residents has some much time to hate.

Elitist pricks.

Maybe the stupid lazy students should park in the cheap parking lots at MTSAC like they are supposed to.

They are too lazy to walk a block and just jaywalk across Grand Avenue. Lazy pricks.

Ya $40 bucks is cheap for 8 total class sessions for winter or summer semesters.

Maybe Walnut "taxpayers" should sponsor student parking at the school that brings in millions of dollars of tax revenue into to your elitist city every year.

Uh huh, elitist pricks.
oh so i guess

I'm a student there and I paid for my parking permit and I park in Lot F which is quite walk across the lot, the bridge, and then the campus to get to class. I see it as exercise. I know a permit costs money, but it's all part of your job as a student anyway.
