American Legion to put flags on graves
As commander of Loyall Post No. 273 of the American Legion, Department of Kentucky, with the help of the Harlan Honor Guard, it is my pleasure to announce that we plan to place a American flag on each grave that is marked, or one that we have been notified where a Veteran has been put to rest.
