Thomas Naccarato, 62, of Route 981, New Alexandria, died of blunt-force trauma to the chest and abdomen, according to the Westmoreland County Coroner's Office.

At least one person died in a two-vehicle head-on collision in Loyalhanna Township this afternoon.
